“ARBEIT MACHT FREI” ‘Work Makes You Free’ Alan Hartman 22nd Nov 2014
Alan Hartman Elected Vice chair of Patient’s Group Manchester Users Network, speaks out at “Manchester Mental Health in Crisis” Public Meeting held at Manchester’s Cross Street Chapel on Saturday 22nd November, 2014!
Letter to Ms M. Moran CEO from long time respected campaigner for the rights of those who suffer from a mental health illness has been sent by Beryl Clark, on behalf of the ‘Manchester Mental Health Charter Alliance’.
This letter briefly sets out the groups concerns, in the current climate, about plans to “step down”, 600-800 people from the care of community mental health teams to primary care and requests an urgent meeting to discuss how this might be achieved in a way which both safeguards and enables this cohort of potentially vulnerable people.
Nurse Karen Reissmann has the respect of the country for blowing the whistle and suffering for her patient’s rights, speaks with compassion once again for patient’s.
